Team 7 Associates is led by Tom Lawson, whose career began in business finance and accounting and grew — through a strong technical grounding — into data analysis and then the systems and databases beneath it. That breadth has meant leading and managing teams through periods of rapid expansion, most recently helping scale a specialty MGA services group from 10 people to 150, and from launch to $1bn of premium written.
ACCA-qualified (FCCA), a former ACCA global prize-winner, and a graduate in Economics and Management from The Queen’s College, Oxford. Delivery experience spans the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific — always with an eye to local context and requirements.
